🔒 Data Ownership & Privacy

All data stored within the system is fully owned by you, the client. We respect complete data privacy and will not access, use, or share your data for any purpose outside the agreed system functionality. You have full authority over your data at all times.

🔄 Reselling Flexibility

You are free to deploy or resell this system to other businesses. For each new business setup or fresh deployment, a standard setup and configuration charge will be applicable — we'll keep it straightforward and fair.

🌐 Third-Party Services

Costs for domain registration, web hosting, server infrastructure, SMS/Email APIs, payment gateways, or any external tools are not included in this proposal. These are billed separately based on the actual provider's pricing, which may vary over time.

🛠️ Support & Enhancements

We provide bug-fix support and system stability maintenance under our support plan. Any new features, design changes, or requirements beyond the agreed scope will be discussed separately and treated as chargeable enhancements.

🚀 Ongoing Feature Updates

We continuously improve the system and plan to release new feature packs every 2–3 months. These updates are entirely optional — you can choose to adopt them based on your needs and at your convenience.

🤝 Scope & Change Management

The agreed project scope is as documented in this proposal. Any additions or changes during development will be assessed and communicated transparently before work begins, ensuring no unexpected costs arise.

📦 Source Code Ownership

The developers retain full intellectual property rights and ownership of the software and its underlying source code. Please note that the source code will not be handed over or transferred to the client at any stage of the project.

Timeline & Delays

Timelines are based on timely client feedback and approvals. Any delays in providing feedback, content, or access that affect the schedule will be factored in and the timeline adjusted accordingly — no penalties for honest delays on either side.
